The "${project.name}" directory is where you will find all of the data requested in the FAQ, you should copy the text from this directory to the likes of that of an SQL dump, an XML dump … to build yourself a base. For the other projects, you'll find the products described in the first paragraph in the ${project.name} directory. To find some of these, go directly in "${project.name}", or read the files name in the directory.
The "${package.name}" directory contains all the files for some of the tools described on Wikipedia, as well as some extensions. For example, have a look in the "${package.name}" sub-directory for some tools:
The "${source.repository}" directory contains the source code for the projects which are Linux or OS-X based. You can read the files and look for something like "dlopen("liblang.$project.so")". This symbol is used to import the language pack. You can feel free to keep the whole "source.repository" directory (for the source code) and "/external" (for the language packs by default), or just the "/external" directory (for the language packs that you are interested).
This project was created by an Wikimedia developer. It is based on data extracted from the dumps.wikimedia.org (see above) via imported, realtime scripts. The goal was to automate the process of importing data between the different database dumps, without disturbing the existing data. The results are a set of normalized extracted OpenPGP keys whenever one can be found in the dumps, and if no OpenPGP key is available a placeholder combination is generated as default. The extraction scripts were created by Wikimedia Commons' Data team and are currently running in a dedicated DB node.
